Harlow Film Festival is a temporary pop-up planned for Westgate Square. In order to invigorate the town centre and the now-closed Odeon cinema,  over the course of the Summer, a group of sculptural props, 'the Wedges', provide seating, shelter and back-drops for the public to appropriate. This passing celebration is supported by a permanent hard landscaping strategy derived from the existing architectural rhythms, providing pedestrianised access, lighting and planting that will vitalise the square long-term.
